This guide walks you through signing up and getting the app configured so you can start generating content straight away.
Creating your account
Go to https://rebloomr.com/login and sign up with Google or with an email and password. If you sign up with email, you’ll receive a confirmation link. Click it to activate your account before signing in.
The onboarding flow
The first time you open the app, you’ll be guided through four short setup steps. Every step can be skipped and revisited later in Settings, but completing them upfront means the app is ready to use immediately.
1. Brand kit
Your brand kit is a visual reference made up of fonts, colours, and background style. The Social Studio uses this to keep every generated image on-brand. Without it, image generation won’t work.
You can build one using the interactive Brand Board Builder, which lets you set your background, headline font and colour, subheadline, and logo. If you already have a pre-made brand board image, you can upload that directly instead.
2. Connect your blog
Connecting your blog pulls your articles into the app so they’re available for the Social Studio and GEO tools. It’s required for One-Click Magic, cannibalization checking, and internal linking.
Rebloomr supports:
- WordPress
- Ghost
- Webflow
- Shopify
- Contentful
- Prismic
- RSS/Atom feeds
You’ll find the connection form in Settings → Blog Sources. Select your platform, give the connection a name, fill in the required fields for your platform, and click Save & Sync. Your articles will be pulled in immediately.
3. Company profile
This is the context that powers your article writing, content gap analysis, and AI visibility tracking. Fill in as much as you can:
- Brand domain — your website domain (e.g. yourbrand.com). Required for the AI Visibility Tracker to identify your brand in AI responses
- Company brief — a short description of your company as you want it represented in AI-generated content
- Core business entities — the keywords that define your business, one per line. Used for content gap analysis and visibility tracking
- Competitors — one per line in the format Name, domain. Used to compare your AI visibility against theirs
4. Choose where to start
Finally, you’ll be asked whether you want to start with the Social Studio or the GEO Suite. This just sets which tab opens first. You can switch freely between them at any time.
Settings
Everything you set up during onboarding can be updated at any time. Click the Settings icon in the sidebar to open the Settings panel, which contains:
- Company Profile — brand domain, company brief, business entities, competitors
- Writing Style — phrases to avoid, applied globally to every article generation
- Brand Kit — edit your brand board or upload a new one
- Blog Sources — add, sync, or remove blog connections
What’s required for each feature
- GEO Article Writer — works out of the box. A company brief improves output quality
- AI Prompt Research — works out of the box. Business entities and competitors improve relevance
- AI Visibility Tracker — requires a brand domain in your company profile
- Social Studio image generation — requires a brand kit
- One-Click Magic, cannibalization check, internal linking — require a connected blog
