Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rebloomr ("the Service"), operated as a sole trader based in Japan ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Rebloomr is a content operations platform for content creators and marketers. The Service currently includes:

• Social Studio — converts blog articles into on-brand social media posts, images, and carousels.
• GEO Article Writer — an AI-assisted pipeline that generates GEO-optimised long-form blog articles, including external citation linking, internal linking, schema generation, and hero image creation.
• AI Prompt Research — generates lists of prompts that people are likely to ask AI about a given topic, and researches whether your competitors have published content related to those topics.
• AI Visibility Tracker — tracks how your brand and competitors are cited by AI search engines including ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, or permanently discontinue any feature or the Service as a whole at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes changes to plan features, usage limits, and included tools. We shall have no liability to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation. Where we discontinue a paid plan entirely, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and, at our sole discretion, may offer a pro-rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any third party's rights.
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying source code or data of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its infrastructure.
• Submit prompts or inputs that violate applicable law or the acceptable use policies of our third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity).

Prompts and inputs you submit via the GEO Article Writer, AI Prompt Research, and AI Visibility Tracker are transmitted to third-party AI and search providers as part of the Service. You remain solely responsible for the content of all inputs you submit.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Your content and connected blog access

You retain full ownership of any content you input into Rebloomr (blog articles, brand materials, prompts, etc.) and any content we generate for you (images, captions, articles). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide, and that any generated content complies with applicable laws before you publish it.

Brand materials. When uploading brand kit assets (including logos, images, fonts, or other visual materials), you confirm that you own or have a valid licence to use those materials, and that their use within Rebloomr does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Connected blog access. By providing a blog URL or CMS credentials within the Service, you grant us a limited licence to crawl and retrieve content from that blog solely to provide the Service (including for internal linking, content gap analysis, and cannibalism checks). The blog crawler is intended solely for blogs and websites that you own or operate. You must not use the crawler to import content from third-party websites you do not own or have explicit permission to use. You represent that you have the right to authorise such access and that your use of any crawled content complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform involved.

5. AI-generated content

Rebloomr uses third-party AI services — including Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Perplexity AI — to generate content and retrieve AI search results. By using the Service, your inputs may be processed by one or more of these providers depending on the feature used.

While we aim for quality, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You should review all generated content before publishing.

Long-form articles. The GEO Article Writer produces full blog articles using AI. AI-generated articles may contain inaccurate facts, fabricated citations, hallucinated statistics, outdated information, or content that unintentionally infringes third-party rights. Any external citations or links added by the Service are provided as a convenience only and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of the underlying source or claim. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all AI-generated articles before publication. The GEO Article Writer is designed to produce content structured for AI search visibility. We make no guarantee that articles generated by the Service will be cited by any AI search engine, as citation decisions are made solely by third-party AI systems outside our control.

Images. Social Studio and GEO Article Writer use AI image generation models to produce images from text prompts. Image generation is inherently non-deterministic — outputs may not precisely match the prompt, and may contain visual artefacts, distortions, or other unexpected results. Credits are consumed when a generation request is successfully processed, regardless of whether the output meets your expectations. You should review all generated images before use. We make no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated image.

Search and AI visibility data. The AI Prompt Research and AI Visibility Tracker retrieve live search ranking data and AI search engine responses via third-party APIs. This data reflects a point-in-time snapshot and may vary by location, device, search personalisation, and model version. AI search engine responses are non-deterministic and results may differ between runs. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or representativeness of any search ranking or AI visibility data. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on this data.

6. Payments and billing

Rebloomr offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe.

• Credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are deducted when you use generative features. Unused credits do not roll over to the following billing period.
• Billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Your credit allowance resets at the start of each new billing period.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your plan until then.
• Refunds. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused credits. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at privacy@rebloomr.com within 14 days of the charge.
• Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies to your renewal.
• Plan features. The features and limits included in each plan may change over time. Subscribing to a plan does not guarantee that its feature set will remain unchanged for the duration of your subscription.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding amount is settled.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebloomr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@rebloomr.com. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify active users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
